大會(huì)簡(jiǎn)介
APEC技展會(huì)是亞太經(jīng)合組織（APEC）框架下中小企業(yè)領(lǐng)域重要合作項(xiàng)目，1996年以來(lái)已成功舉辦了十屆，分別在青島、福州、成都、義烏、深圳、沈陽(yáng)等地舉辦，得到了APEC各成員經(jīng)濟(jì)體的積極參與和肯定。
第十一屆技展會(huì)由工業(yè)和信息化部、陜西省人民政府共同主辦，聚焦疫情結(jié)束后中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的難點(diǎn)和痛點(diǎn)，在政策解讀、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、投融資、人才等各個(gè)方面，提升專業(yè)化、國(guó)際化、市場(chǎng)化水平，為企業(yè)提供一個(gè)產(chǎn)品展示、成果共享和相互融合的平臺(tái)。深化我國(guó)與各成員經(jīng)濟(jì)體以及“一帶一路”國(guó)家地區(qū)中小企業(yè)間的務(wù)實(shí)合作，提升中小企業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。
Introduction to the conference
APEC technical exhibition is an important cooperation project in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises under the framework of APEC. It has been held successfully for ten times since 1996. It has been held in Qingdao, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Yiwu, Shenzhen and Shenyang, and has been actively participated and affirmed by APEC member economies.
The 11th technical exhibition, jointly hosted by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the people's Government of Shaanxi Province, focuses on the difficulties and pain points of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises after the outbreak. In various aspects, such as policy interpretation, technological innovation, investment and financing, talents, etc., the 11th technical exhibition will promote professional, international and market-oriented level, and provide a platform for product display, achievement sharing and mutual integration. Deepen our pragmatic cooperation one with the member economies one after another and one belt, one road, and the other is to enhance the international competitiveness and sustainable development of SMEs.
展品范圍
（一）科技裝備展區(qū)
高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床、航空航天裝備、先進(jìn)軌道交通裝備、節(jié)能與新能源汽車、電力裝備、農(nóng)機(jī)裝備、石油天然氣和新能源科技及裝備、潔凈煤化工科技及裝備、清潔發(fā)電科技及裝備、工業(yè)節(jié)能與清潔生產(chǎn)及行業(yè)融合聯(lián)產(chǎn)技術(shù)等機(jī)構(gòu)及企業(yè)。
（二）新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)展區(qū)
先進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)材料、有色冶金、關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略材料、前沿新材料及新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)專用裝備的機(jī)構(gòu)及企業(yè)，新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)工藝技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果。
（三）人工智能展區(qū)
范圍：人工智能芯片、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、自然語(yǔ)言處理、機(jī)器人技術(shù)、生物識(shí)別技術(shù)、人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)、語(yǔ)音識(shí)別、大數(shù)據(jù)處理、智能機(jī)器人、智能終端及智慧城市等。
（四）醫(yī)工交叉及安全應(yīng)急展區(qū)
醫(yī)工交叉在新藥研發(fā)、制藥裝備、診斷檢驗(yàn)裝備、治療裝備、監(jiān)護(hù)與生命支持裝備、植介入器械、健康管理、防疫物資等領(lǐng)域優(yōu)秀產(chǎn)品和科技成果。應(yīng)急救援類裝備、傳染病控制類裝備、處置類裝備、核和輻射處置類裝備、試劑、疫苗、藥品等、保障系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)急服務(wù)、醫(yī)療服務(wù)等。
（五）物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及工業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)展區(qū)
工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能傳感與芯片、通信與平臺(tái)支撐、車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)服務(wù)、投融資服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)、創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)、培訓(xùn)服務(wù)等機(jī)構(gòu)及企業(yè)、中小企業(yè)公共服務(wù)憑條、“雙創(chuàng)”基地、工業(yè)園區(qū)等。
（六）創(chuàng)新成果展區(qū)
不屬于以上行業(yè)的新技術(shù)、新業(yè)態(tài)、新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新模式，各地特色產(chǎn)業(yè)、陜西省低碳轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展成就展示等。

（2） Exhibition area of new material industry
Organizations and enterprises of advanced basic materials, non-ferrous metallurgy, key strategic materials, frontier new materials and key special equipment for the development of new material industry, and key technological innovation achievements for the development of new material industry.
（3） Artificial intelligence exhibition area
Scope: artificial intelligence chip, computer vision, machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, biometrics, face recognition, speech recognition, big data processing, intelligent robot, intelligent terminal and smart city, etc.
（4） Medical engineering cross and safety emergency exhibition area
Excellent products and scientific and technological achievements in the fields of new drug research and development, pharmaceutical equipment, diagnostic testing equipment, treatment equipment, monitoring and life support equipment, interventional devices, health management, epidemic prevention materials, etc. Emergency rescue equipment, infectious disease control equipment, disposal equipment, nuclear and radiation disposal equipment, reagents, vaccines, drugs, support system, emergency services, medical services, etc.
